Policies
Showings:
Showings are by appointment only and are scheduled only during office hours. Office hours are Monday thru Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your desired appointment time. Tenants must be given 24 hours notice prior to showings.
Leasing:
Security deposit, pet deposit (if applicable), application fee and pro-rated rent are required at lease signing. Security deposits are equal to one month's rent. Payment plans are not accepted for security deposits. Properties accepting pets will be marked as such. AAA Property Management, LLC accepts cash, personal checks and money orders as payment.
Application Process:
Credit and criminal background checks are required for every prospective tenant. Rental applications are available for completion on this site or you are welcome to request one via e-mail. Please return the application to our office along with the $50.00 application fee prior to your appointment to view any vacancy.
HUD Vouchers:
AAA Property Management, LLC does accept Section 8 vouchers.
Electronic Lease Signings:
AAA Property Management, LLC offers electronic lease signings. As a tenant you are responsible for reading and understanding the electronic lease prior to signing. If there are questions, please contact the office and we will be happy to go through the lease with you.
Payment Forms:
AAA Property Management, LLC , accepts cash, personal check, cashier's check, credit cards and money orders. There is a 3.5% convenience fee for using a credit card.
Lease Enforcement:
Leases are enforced as written. As a tenant you are signing a binding contract when signing a lease. Please make sure all terms are understood prior to signing. The only way to terminate a lease is to give notice. AAA Property Management, LLC does not void leases under any circumstances.
Utilities:
Please contact the respective utility providers for utility averages on listed properties. The office does not keep records regarding utility averages.
Deposits Rent at the Bank DO NOT USE the Mail Service:
With the recent changes and proposed future changes with regard to the postal service, mail is taking much longer to reach its final destination. For that reason we allow our residents to pay online or go into a Bank of America or Fifth Third Bank to make your deposit. Please see "Documents" on the task menu for more information.
